Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Ranthambore Royal Safari Tour, we strive to provide a transparent booking experience. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any reservation.

1. Safari Bookings

Safari bookings are processed based on the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and are subject to availability.

  • Once a safari booking is confirmed, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable booking rules.
  • Government fees, permit charges, and taxes may be non-refundable where applicable.
  • Service or processing charges, if any, may be non-refundable once the booking process has started.

2. Customer Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used during booking.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the booking status and applicable terms at the time of cancellation.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services after the safari or tour has commenced.

3. Cancellation by Authorities

If a safari is cancelled by the Forest Department or other competent authorities due to reasons such as park closure, weather conditions, natural disasters, administrative decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the applicable government or service provider policies.

4. Booking Rejection

  • If a booking cannot be confirmed due to unavailability or operational reasons, any eligible refundable amount paid to us will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

6. Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details, government ID information, travel dates, and contact information. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, heavy rainfall, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, technical failures, or wildlife-related operational decisions.
